The company "NOVATEK" delivered a consignment of stable condensate to Chinese company CNOOC along the North Sea Route.
By the information of the press-service of the enterprise, delivery of stable gas condensate, which is manufactured in Purovskiy plant on processing of gas condensate, from Murmansk to a port of China took only 22 days. This is a half of time necessary for delivery of liquid hydrocarbons by traditional route across Suez.
Successful delivery of the consignment of gas condensate and considerable decrease of time demonstrates opportunities for future deliveries of products to China and other countries of the Pacific region along the North Sea Route and also perspective development of new oil and gas fields of Yamal peninsula and the arctic shelf.
A cargo tank of Aframax size was used for transportation of liquid hydrocarbons along the North Sea Route. It belongs to the joint-stock company "Sovkomflot" at icebreaker support of "Atomflot".

The sitting of the round table on the theme "Important questions of study and preservation of folklore and traditional knowledge of indigenous ethnic minorities of the North" will take place in Saint-Petersburg. They will discuss transformation of traditions in modernity: different ways of documentation, creation of unique places and territories, new models of nature management, education.
The organizers of the action are: the Scientific-researching institute of problems of the Arctic and stable development of indigenous peoples and also the Ministry for regional development of Russian Federation.

A sculptural composition dedicated to indigenous ethnic minorities of the North will be opened in Salekhard on the 10th of September. The bronze deer-team with a deer herder sitting on it with khorey in his hands will appear in the center of the regional capital near the Center of national cultures. (The note: khorey is a long pole for driving a reindeer-team).
By the information given to a correspondent of IA "Sever-Press" in the town administration, the designer of the monument is the Studio of architectural projects from the town Perm'. Other specialists from the same town added another sculpture - a dog running near the sledge. The sculptures look very dynamically. It seems that in a moment the sledge will go to tundra.
The bronze monument weighing 4 tons entered the town landscape harmoniously. It promises to become the favorite place of the town dwellers and guests. Some of them already sat down on the edge of the sledge to make a photograph and a wish. A little legend has already appeared. They say if loving people will sit on the sledge together their love will be as long as a song of a reindeer herder and as vast as tundra.

In 2011 the company TNK-BP plans to invest about 800 million dollars to its projects in Yamal. In 2013 capital investments will grow up to 1,5 milliard dollars. This money will be allocated for building of the pipeline "Zapolyarnoye - Purpe" and corresponding infrastructure. By his words, in general, investments of TNK-BP in 2013 can make 5 milliard dollars, this is on 13 percent more than this year. Investments to production in 2010 are planned on the level 4,5 milliard dollars. At this, investments to geological prospecting will exceed 3 milliard.
By the words of Sergey Brezitskiy, during the coming three years it is planned to allocate the basic amount of investments for exploration and extraction to development of new projects, including fields of Yamal.

The sixth Rosneft-class is opened in the town Gubkinskiy. It is organized by specialists of the company "Rosneft-Purneftegaz" with the aim of education of personnel for its subdivisions.

The presidium is made at the Anti-crisis headquarters at the governor of Yamal for taking more effective measures on liquidation of consequences of the economic crisis. The head of the region Dmitriy Kobylkin established the decree on the 1st of September "About the presidium of the anti-crisis headquarters at the Governor of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug on increasing of stability of regional economy".
By the information given in the press-service of the governor of Yamal, the presidium is a collegial consultative body for effective solving of questions included to competence of the anti-crisis headquarters. Its basic tasks, in particular, are: analysis of important and problematic questions in a set sphere of activity, organizing of expert study of these questions with the aim of further elaboration of suggestions on prevention and minimization of problems. The following questions are top-priority: labor market, preservation of qualified personnel potential and prevention from mass layoffs. Also obligations of this consultative body include scrutinizing and preparing of recommendations on legal acts directed to increase of stability of regional economy. These obligations are presented in the Decree about the presidium of the anti-crisis headquarters.
Sittings of the presidium, including video-conferences, will be conducted, when it is necessary, but not rarer than once a week. Heads of municipalities, chiefs of organizations and also journalists can be invited to the sittings. The chief federal inspector in Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and representatives of territorial bodies of federal bodies of the state power can participate in work of the presidium.

The sculptor from Germany Jens Kruger gave a present - a unique sculpture "A Runic Boat" to the Museum-exhibition complex of Shemanovskiy. The sculptural composition consists of 16 timber logs, on which letters of Danish alphabet of runes are depicted. The alphabet is dated with 650-950 years.
The sculptor notes that it is possible to find runic boats in the whole Scandinavia. In ancient time the alphabet of runes was used not for writing, but was a mean for magic and was used for communication with gods. "The Runic Boat" refers to one of the ancient legends, which tells about a man, who sacrificed himself to gods and was awarded with the poetic gift.

"Transneft" and oil companies TNK-BP, "Gazprom Neft" and "LUKoil" will create a joint enterprise for construction of the pipeline "Zapolyarye - Purpe". This information was given to journalists by the head of "Transneft" Nikolay Tokarev.
He confirmed that financial mechanisms of the project were fully formed. RIA "Novosti" reported that earlier "Transneft" had proposed to hold an additional issue of its shares in favor of the State to raise funds, but the final decision was not taken. Now the funds for the project will go from four sources.
By the words of Nikolay Tokarev, the financial model itself is following: a juridical person fulfilling realization of the project will be made, and then "Transneft" will compensate the costs of the participating companies on tariffs for pumping oil and will gradually buy the shareholding from the oil companies. Thus, "Transneft" will stay a monopolist on this pipeline after payments will be made, as Nikolay Tokarev explains.

A representative of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russian Federation, a senator from Yamal Yuriy Neyolov became the head of the Association of graduates of Tyumen Oil and Gas University. As we should remind, Yuriy Neyolov graduated from Tyumen Industrial Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering in 1974, he defended his thesis in 1996 in Tyumen State Oil and Gas University, and his doctor's dissertation - in 2003. He was elected a member of the Academy of Mining Sciences.

The company "Gazprom dobycha Urengoy" defined authors of the best projects presented within the framework of the contest of social grants. By the information given to IA "Sever-Press" in the service of public relations of the company, the size of each grant makes 500 thousand rubles.
The contest was announced this June. Public organizations and associations of the town Noyabrsk, educational establishments, organizations of leisure and sport presented 33 projects in the following directions: preschool education, early development of children, organization of leisure and additional education of children and teenagers, development of culture and art, development of physical culture and sport, health protection.
The contest committee chose 4 best projects: a kindergarten (the project directed to prevention of traffic accidents with participation of children), a skiing lodge (the project of competitions of federal level in the town Noyabrsk), a public organization "Unusual children of Noyabrsk" (the project received help for handicapped children), the museum-resource center and the children's museum (the project on organization of mass children's and family holidays).
