At development of a nature reserve on the archipelago Franz Josef Land within the national park "The Russian Arctic" it is planned to use alternative sources of energy and use of "green" building technologies.
By the information of RIA "Novosti", projects of use of solar energy in summer in combination with wind electric generators are being elaborated now. Diesel installations will be placed there obligatorily, but they will be used in winter and as supplementary in summer.
"Green" technologies of waste disposal, alternative power engineering and energy saving will be used within the program of ecological rehabilitation of the archipelago Franz Josef Land. It is planned to inculcate autonomic technology of complete wastes cleaning - without discharge of sewage waters. One such system is used on the Island Alexandra Land and works without failures.

On the 9th of February specialists of Yamal will participate in the videoconference, which will be conducted by the Ministry for health protection and social development of the Russian Federation. Its participants will sum up the results of realization of actions directed to forming of the healthy way of life of population, including decrease of use of alcohol and tobacco.

It is supposed that questions of forming of tariffs for complex examination conducted in health centers on different directions and other problems will be touched.

Pupils of the children's choir studio "Blue Bird" from the town Tarko-Salye were invited to the International festival in France. This invitation became the main award of the 18th International festival-contest in Velikiy Ustyug.

The senior group received the title of laureates of the second degree in the nomination "Vocal music (ensemble)". In the nomination "Vocal music (solo)" the first place was taken by a soloist of the ensemble Valeria Martynova, the third place - Sophia Valovichenko, Karina Shevchenko and Marina Khashkovskaya. Ekaterina and Elizaveta Vareldzhan were awarded with the title of laureates of the third degree in the nomination "Vocal music (duet)". The sisters Vareldzhan and Karina Shevchenko performed in the nomination "Vocal music (trio)". Their performance was awarded with the diploma of the third degree.
Performing skills of "Blue Bird" was highly evaluated by the jury, chaired by an expert of the State Duma, the Chairperson of the Committee on culture of the Public Chamber of Moscow, a poet, a composer, the director general of the creative center in Moscow "Lira" Iosif Rogal. He gave three authorial songs to the collective and offered to make records for them in a professional studio. These songs are to enter the musical authorial album, which will be presented on the Olympic Games in Sochi in 2014. He also invited the collective to participate in the opening ceremony of the Olympiad.

Countryside hospitals in Tazovskiy district need reconstruction. Repair is planned in several policlinics this year. Besides, two licensed medical and obstetrical points will appear on national trading stations in the district. Such object was built in the settlement Nakhodka at the expenses of the municipal budget. It is planned to input the object to operation this February-March.

Design and search work on building of a new district hospital in the settlement Gyda and a somatic hospital block in the district center was conducted.
New modern equipment was set in the department of the policlinic in the settlement Tazovskiy during last year. It allowed inculcating new methods of diagnostics and curing. A specialist was trained and one of methods of examination on oncopathology - mammography was started up. Laboratory assistants were educated and reagents were purchased for inculcation of luminescent microscopy. The system of electronic registration of patients was inculcated. The day patient department started working in the policlinics. Physiotherapeutic and massage rooms are situated in it. This year it is planned to strengthen personnel potential of medical employees.
The central district hospital works on the regional program of modernization of health protection during several years. The amount of financing made more than 7 million rubles. The system of daily monitoring of arterial blood pressure, tonometers and a transporting neonatal incubator were purchased. Additional payments for specialists of the policlinics were fulfilled. Since last July health protection of Tazovskiy district has transferred to the branch system of labor remuneration. It was recognized the best in Yamal and was taken as an example for other districts of the region.
Now the central district hospital is in the state of reforming, since the first of January it has become the state budget organization. Now it is financed from the federal budget.

The corporation "Industrial Ural - Polar Ural" starts re-branding of the company. Now it does not depend on budgetary financing. This information was given to Ural journalists by the plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in Ural Federal Okrug Yevgeniy Kuivashev.
By his words, supposedly next week the director general of the corporation will conduct the meeting with representatives of mass media and will tell them about the details. Today the corporation went beyond the original charter activities - geological prospecting, exploration and extraction of natural resources. The Corporation is occupied with other kinds of business that allow it to go away completely from the budgetary financing. Today it lives on the money being earned and does not require for any allocations from the federal, local and any other budgets, as it is noted by Yevgeniy Kuivashev. Moreover, by the words of the plenipotentiary, construction of the Northern Latitude Route, including construction of the bridge across the Ob River, entered into the common financial model. It was scrutinized on the observation council and the board of trustees. The agreement about crediting in the amount of 800 million euros for construction of this road section and the Northern Latitude Route was signed for this financial model in the Czech Republic. The project will provide about 5000 new working places.
The Corporation also entered the project "Polar quartz". There are other promising projects which do not suppose participation of budgetary means in their realization. By the words of Yevgeniy Kuivashev, today the corporation stands on his feet confidently, and he is sure that it will fulfill all taken obligations.

The meeting of representatives of Italian business in Russia with businessmen of Yamal and representatives of regional state establishments took place in the Institute for Foreign Trade of Italy. The delegation of Yamal was headed by the president of the Commercial and Industrial Chamber of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Sergey Noskin. The Italian side was presented by Carmelo Ficarra (the Embassy of Italy in the Russian Federation), Ernesto Ferlengi (the Honorary Consul of Italy in Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug) and Vittorio Torrembini (the President of Association of Italian Entrepreneurs in Russia GIM).
By the words of Sergey Noskin, the representatives of business circles of Italy got acquainted to basic indexes of socioeconomic development of Yamal, they also established personal contacts with companies and private businessmen working in the sphere of hotel and restaurant business, tourism, building, agriculture, sport, road economy and innovations. As the participants of the meeting noted, investment attractiveness of Yamal had grown considerably during the latest years. Thus, last year in comparison to 2010 the total level of foreign investments almost 7 times increased.
Negotiations were conducted, preliminary agreements, which will serve the basis for further cooperation between Italian and Yamal businessmen, were concluded by the results of the meeting.

The plan of work for this year was approved on the sitting of the council on state scientific, technical and innovative policy of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. It is planned to allocate 277 million and 800 thousand rubles for conducting of 90 activities on scientific and research, design and experimental kinds of work.
The plan includes actions on protection of monuments of cultural and historical legacy. These are archeological researches of the basin of the Kunovat River and the lake Kunovat Sor as the center of Kunovat princedom in the first and third quarters of the second millennium AD, the integrated archeological research of the monument Sobskaya Zastava (outpost), objects of architectural legacy of indigenous population of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, and also archeological research of the site of the ancient settlement Longh-Yugan (Nadym district) and the cult construction Chapel of the 19th century in the district of the Left Yarudey River.

One of the most significant activities this year is realization of the program of researches by "The Scientific center for exploration of the Arctic" and conducting of the expedition on scientific exploration of Yamal Peninsula and coastal water territories "Yamal-Arctic 2012". This expedition does not have analogues in domestic practice. It is initiated by Yamal and called to confirm the status of the region as the base of Russia for development of high latitudes.

Canada Fund for Local Initiatives of the embassy of Canada supported the project of the Institute of peoples of the North of the State Russian Herzen Pedagogical University "Laboratory on study of languages and cultures of indigenous peoples of the North". By the words of the scientists, the project is directed to forming of interest among northern young people to innovative activity connected with scientific researches and elaborations in the sphere of preservation of native languages and cultures. It supports scientific and applied researches of scientists from indigenous ethnic minorities of the North.
As it is noted in the University, means of the targeted money donation 728 thousand rubles are allocated for technical equipping. This is multimedia, sound-recording and other special equipment for creation of educational materials and scientific-methodological elaborations on disappearing languages and cultures of northern ethnic groups. On the basis of the resource center young scientists, students, scientists studying north will be able to create websites, multimedia materials, virtual museums, electronic archives and databases on native languages and cultures, folklore and traditional knowledge, religions, which will assist to propaganda of traditional culture of different ethnic groups.
As we should remind, the Ambassador of Canada in the Russian Federation, Mister John C. Sloan visited the Institute of peoples of the North in September within its cooperation with the embassy of Canada. He expressed interest to questions of preservation of languages of indigenous peoples of the North, problems of development of their written speech. By his words, this is the unique institute, which teaches to languages, about which it is possible to say the following: if they are not kept here, they will not be kept anywhere else. This is a big advantage, it is clear that if Russia really wants to underline any possible way that it is the northern country, to underline its belonging to the North in its diversity, then it needs to keep and support culture of northern peoples. This is the institute, where generations of people keep their past, on which their future depends. As it is noted by the ambassador, Canada has the same difficulties as well.

Creation of the program on education of own personnel from students of specialized educational institutions of Ural Federal Okrug was initiated in the corporation "Industrial Ural - Polar Ural". The corresponding instruction was given by the director of the corporation Alexander Beletskiy. By his words, studying the prospect of development of new projects and continuing the work on realization of existing ones, the company faced with shortage of qualified specialists, who would understand its structure and would be ready to start working immediately.
As it is informed in the press-service of the corporation, the program supposes permanent close interaction with heads of higher education institutions for conducting of contests on selection of students having skills, talent and application to work.
